Danish 2025 Research catalogue published
The 2025 Research catalogue states that it is important to mobilise a broad range of disciplines in the Danish research environment. Combining research areas in cross-disciplinary projects may result in unexpected results, new ways of thinking and scientific innovation. This approach creates the basis for a strengthened collaboration between private companies, public institutions, universities, other knowledge institutions with a focus on user needs. This may increase opportunities for a faster implementation of new knowledge in both business and the public sector.
"This is good news for everyone who works to strengthen the collaboration in the life science sector and the focus on personalised medicine, user involvement and cross disciplinary research involving both private companies, public institutions and patient organisations," says Per Spindler, Director of Biopeople, Denmarks Life Science Cluster.
